Deeply disappointed. Have grown two years my beautiful natural color and now I come here to get back blond hair for a very important event and they break my hair. Spent a lot of money for nothing and the worst thing is, I can cut my hair back short so that they grow back healthy. I have never experienced anything like it. I'm mad because you expect professional work and then a terrible result comes out. I expected more.
