We are happy regarding the timely response and planning for the work. They visit us in person for the quotation, this is pratical. But I was disappointed regarding the quality of the moving service. The recipient are kind and supportive. This is important for us as we only have a week ahead the moving day before we came to them. There came a team of four to help us to transport as we have quite some staff. The people are friendly and nice. However the overall moving quality is not good. They are not taking care of our belongs too much, there are quite some damages happend. Most of them can be avoided if they pay a bit more attention. There is no protection foil applied to the furnatures even those fragile ones such as electric piano. Their work is quite fast at the cost of safety too. One of the people (i guess was a trainee) was injured twice (small injury) during a two-day work!!!! This is out of my expection. As the transportation company, they will have to improve the safety protocol/equipement for the employee. Such improvement could be: safety shoes, safety gloves and some basic guidlines for transporting (more people/experienced people is always better when transporting heavy/big staffs). So I will give only a 2 star here.

Appointments are not kept, the appointment was constantly postponed and when my furniture was delivered my furniture was only delivered and not attached to the wall. Luck that my child was not killed. In addition, fully overpriced
