Very friendly, courteous and competent advice.
Unfortunately rip off ... 120 € for substandard deposits paid. Now at another medical supply store where the master makes the deposits themselves also 120 € but much better.
Update: Why am I just back there. Unfortunately, rip off again. Have paid for a rail 225 €. Is it the same original from 70 € incl. Receipt receipt. Sorry guys. Stationary trade or not. Such a price difference is too stark. The part goes back.

Anyone looking for competent and friendly advice is definitely wrong here. She answered my questions snappily. When asked if I should go if she no longer wants to work from 5pm, she replied that she still has an appointment privately and that I should come back another time.
