I had a wonderful yoga class with Lisa at Mountainflow. She took care and attention in every aspect of the class, and it was personalised to my own body. Her depth of knowledge of yoga and its effect on the body was impressive and she remained professional yet warm throughout. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to delve deeper into yoga. Professional teacher, really warm atmosphere at the classes and most importantly great explanation of our body in the practice: Lisa is amazing in helping us understand the anatomy in an easy to comprehend way. If you're searching for a correct alignment and being well taken care of, that's the right address! ;)

The yoga classes given by Lisa are a must to try! She puts a lot of attention to the detail within postures, and creates a very complete and flowy yoga classes. I had pain in specific muscles and Lisa adjusted the class accordingly, plus she helped me figure out how to improve those areas :) Lisa being a pro fitness coach knows how to take into account all kinds of injuries or requests from her students. Next to her professionalism, she is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to :)
