I Love it
Due to the long contract, the studio is unfortunately only recommended for women who live in the Berchtesgadener Land for a long time. Although you have the option to terminate the contract after one year, this costs an additional monthly fee. Chip fees are also due quarterly.
In my case, a job-related move was due at short notice. Unfortunately, the contractual agreements were strictly adhered to and I pay the remaining months until my contract expires, although I can no longer use the gym due to the long distance.
It's really a shame that an otherwise friendly family business shows no understanding or courtesy here ...
I would have loved to not have given a star, but unfortunately that is not possible. I am very disappointed with this studio. From the studio itself it was acceptable, but when it comes to contractual or financial matters, you're hopelessly lost here. The studios are having a very difficult time right now, there's no doubt about that. But since my termination from the normal non-Corona times, I've had problems. As long as you don't have to submit a resignation in this studio, everything works relatively well. But if you quit you are hopelessly lost. I think that's a real shame.
The studio is clean and tidy.
But when it comes to contractual matters, you are lost here. There are costs lurking everywhere that are very, very well hidden. Even in the case of personal (health) difficulties, you are left completely alone. I am incredibly disappointed with this studio, will never enter it again, and would also like to warn future fitness enthusiasts about it. The only thing that counts here is profit, nothing else matters to them.
The studio and the changing room are always very neat and clean. The devices offer a great variety and if you have any questions / requests, someone with a good mood and motivation is always available. I feel absolutely comfortable there. 😊 Only recommendable!
