Today, Saturday I had to call the pharmacy's emergency service after an eye injury and was surprised how annoying and listless Ms. Angerer can be! Sorry that I need drops at half past three in the afternoon! I was not informed about the instructions for use or the effects of the drops. It couldn't be the stress, there was nobody else there! Thank you Ms. Angerer for letting me claim her time! But next time I will definitely not go to them anymore; I expect a "normal" service in the pharmacy, with advice and not an annoying, frustrated woman who only feels disturbed when she is supposed to do her work!
