The 'manager' wouldn't even let us in for a trial session - not sure why but probably the rudest gym staff member ever seen.

Bad unfriendly trainers (90% of the time are not seen anyway), dirty devices. Some brazen and bored staff without any behavior. Your supervisor "threatened" me (in the legal sense) if I post my complaint on social media🤣, there I'm laughing Mr. H.
This is the most disgusting studio there is boss unfriendly. No trainer there where to help, etc. The studio should be closed, best to build a new studio with new staff.
Nice staff, clean studio, devices are fine. Top price performance. It's fun to train there. The only thing I would want would be an improvement of the solarium - relatively "old" and many functions no longer work. Here and there would have to be renewed or renovated, but that's why I don't want to rate it worse.
