Best workout ever! The training is individually adapted to the wishes and goals of the individual and you will be rewarded with success after a short time! With its laid-back, relaxed atmosphere, the studio is absolutely no match to the usual fitness chains.

The exercises are explained very well and if you should have difficulties, Hannes is always happy to help. The individual training plan, which changes every few weeks, offers a lot of variety and always motivates anew. The studio atmosphere is very pleasant and cannot be compared to other fitness studios. From me a grade 1 with *. 😉💪

I can only recommend. Have never had anything to do with sports but since I train there, it's totally fun and you feel good. Had always extreme back pain, I was referred from doctor to doctor, nothing helped until I was with Hannes 🤩 and everyday life can be so beautiful, without pain and pills. Since I have a 2 year old daughter and do not always have the opportunity to place them somewhere, it is no problem at all in this gym to take them 😍

Very nice, clear studio. Very informal and not as crowded as other big studio chains. For a large selection of fitness equipment with enough space. Super individual care from the coach.

I think it's great that Hannes tries to offer everyone a customized training and personal circumstances. This flexibility and effort is rarely found.
