Wouldn't like to give a star at all if that were possible. The salon may be just about acceptable for hair cutting, but NEVER. My pony is totally screwed up and cut up. Can now watch how I wake him up, because I'm sure not to walk around. You can wait a long time for compensation or at least an apology. You usually get an appointment on the same day, but with such a service it is not surprising why this hairdresser has so few regular customers. If possible, don't even go to the store. Not recommendable.
