What good is it to have a pharmacy in Aschau if the care is so unfriendly? The lady gave us the wrong medication twice - is very annoying for the customer but can happen. Instead of reacting professionally and friendly as a pharmacist, the customer is assumed to have mixed something into the tablets and therefore wants to give it back !!!! The lady served me kindly, but we don't feel like these fluctuations anymore.

Great advice. I feel in good hands, especially with babies and toddlers. For me as a mom, it's not just about the right medication, but above all about being perceived and understood with my concerns about my health. That's great in the St. Josef pharmacy. Thanks to Agnes Friedrich.
