Branch manager is rude and rude - sometimes I only go there because of the opening hours. one has the feeling that one should apologize when one meets this man!

Normally you should expect to be received as a paying customer with a smile and a certain courtesy. I personal felt the greeting and "advice", the older gentleman, rather than unpleasant and as the epitome of "anti-sympathy". In this case, there are 0 stars. 2 stars I forgive because of the customer-friendly opening times.
