The baked goods are really delicious, there is nothing wrong with that. If it was only about that then 5 stars. BUT the staff is for the most part very unfriendly and simply overwhelmed. If I come at 10 o'clock, for example, almost nothing is ready as far as the sandwiches etc are concerned. These are then prepared for you according to your express request, but only with stupid comments and a bad mood. So if it takes a little longer in the morning, that's not a thing, but if a bakery opens at 7 a.m. and still does not manage to finish the range at 10 a.m., you should think about it ...
Long waiting times unfriendly staff. I once had a question about which cake was which and was asked to read the signs myself, but couldn't tell which cake was which. And had ordered a cappuccino but got a normal coffee.
