Ingrid is a real yogi - not aloof, with humor and love she helps everyone to become more agile again, to deal with pain and stress or simply to have fun "rocking". I would particularly like to emphasize that Ingrid's yoga classes do not require hypermobility or a lot of experience with yoga and the "way of life". Everyone is welcome here, nobody is overwhelmed and you go in a better mood every time. The studio is very modern, flooded with light and you can see the beautiful flower garden. I can warmly recommend a trial lesson with Ingrid - for yoga on the ground and in the air!
