The service is great. If you get a bigger change or coloring, they immediately offer you free baverages like coffee, cappuccino or water. You'll always feel that you are welcome. A appointment isn't not necessary, but can be helpful to get the preferred hairdresser. For now a couple of years, I always went to them and never got disappointed. You'll always get what you want (if it's possible) with a great service.
For me, there is no alternative to this salon.
