Good day. In December I ordered pillow cases from them. Payment should be processed via PayPal. Said and done. The goods are really great. Now to your company / payments / accounting. I received a letter from a debt collection company today. I would have been in default at the PayPal company for the above-mentioned cushion covers. To be honest, I think that's an insolence. Firstly, they did not send a payment reminder, secondly, the PayPal transaction was canceled through their website, they sent goods with a delivery note that the goods had been paid for. In the end, the pillowcases, including the costs of delay, now cost me € 56. Expensive fun. I believe that spoken people can be helped, but I have never heard or read about them. At least 2 stars because the goods are great. The rest cost me nerves, time and more money. Too bad. Sincerely, a former customer
