Very nice bed linen!
Luffs a lot at the beginning and is also a little too big, but it's a natural product ...
But the zipper seems to be of very poor quality, broke after being used twice. When I complained, there was no answer at first! - That's why this rating!
Only after another inquiry (2 weeks later) did I get an immediate answer and it was repaired free of charge.
In itself very nice linen bed linen, which is, however, a bit large. At first glance, the quality seems to be good. However, these are not linen sheets that will last a lifetime. After washing more often, large holes have formed in the corners that can no longer be stuffed.
I have significantly cheaper bed linen, which I've had for 10 years, that didn't break easily. Too bad.
I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something sustainable.
I can agree with the previous speakers regarding the customer service, which is unfortunately very unfriendly.
Would really like to give more stars ...
Overall, the handling was very good and friendly - the webshop is also nicely done, even if I spontaneously read DOCTORIALS instead of Artzimmer ...
Unfortunately, the bed linen (and by that I mean the pillow AND the duvet) is actually larger than the specified dimensions. The line quality is quite good - the price is also completely ok. The only thing that I find very, very unfortunate is the size - I cannot understand why there are such deviations - obviously the production is in the EU. I've been looking for a bed linen like this for a long time, I don't do something like that every day and I'm a bit disappointed ...
Bed linen and sheets very good quality, I've washed everything several times according to the washing instructions. Very friendly service and good advice. A pleasant atmosphere in the shop.
I ordered a blanket, the color was unfortunately darker than I thought. I wanted to send the blanket back or exchange it; the company does not accept returns or exchanges. Pity!
