I am an American who had to see this doctor for two root canals under general anesthesia. I returned to the states not long after she did the surgery only to have my dental pain return. The dentist in the US took radiographs and found that she never did the root canals at all!!! She had merely cleaned them out a little and placed medicine. She knew I was returning to the States and thought she’d never see me again. I actually returned to the country and went back to her office a couple years later and called her out in front of her staff and patients. Her excuse was that she was very pregnant at the time and couldn’t reach. She had taken thousands from us and did not offer to pay us back, instead offered free cleanings as if I would allow her in my mouth again. Only a terrible person would take money for a service they did not provide or not tell the person they were not able to do the procedure. This was almost a decade ago. Some good did come from it. I decided to go to dental school myself so others would not have to go though what I did. She doesn’t deserve a license.

Competent and fast appointment. Only fast antibiotics prescription which might not have been necessary, with a small chrogic intervention.

Very, very nice, courteous and friendly nurses - kudos for the treatment I was able to experience today. I was a guest in Ansbach and I can recommend this practice from Dr. Recommend Hitzelsberger, thanks again for the great treatment
