The studio has a pleasant atmosphere. The trainers are competent and friendly, they motivate you to persevere and to try new things. Personal complaints and wishes are always considered. I like to come to the training and have a lot of fun doing it. Through training, a lot has changed for the better within a few months: strength, stamina, body balance, firmer skin and reduction of my back pain. Hence my unqualified recommendation

Very efficient training. After a short time, progress is noticeable / visible. With the coaches it is a lot of fun to work individually on his weaknesses. Only to be recommended!

Some dates you just like. The sports event at the EMS Lounge is definitely one of them. Depending on the form of the day, the trainers adjust the intensity of the exercises. Sometimes just a few lighter units are enough if you are not so fit. On other days, if you have power, you can even go to the limit. In 20 minutes and under professional supervision.
