Incredibly effective for the whole body and incredibly sustainable! Finally a sport that keeps what it promises! I'm fit and completely pain-free, my body has visibly changed! And it's a lot of fun too; I'm thrilled The trainer is there with body and soul and is very careful that the exercises are carried out correctly, he adjusts the training individually and supports you carefully but in the long term!
