Thanks to Lucia, I can improve my review from 2018 from 1 to 5 stars. She is a blessing for this branch! .................................................. .............. I've visited this barber before but the last 3 times it got worse and worse. The haircut was right the first time, but the employee used the time to talk to me about her boss, an absolute no go in my opinion. The second time I was coiffed by a colleague who "blasphemed" another customer present. She should have invested her energy in her actual task, because no one had ever done my hair so badly. The third time I was not even greeted by another employee, they only asked half-heartedly what should be done with the unfriendly and rather annoyed hint that it would take at least an hour. I left the shop and will probably not enter it again for the time being.

My mother and I visited the salon for the third time today and were always extremely satisfied. However, we only let Ms. Lucia Smith cut and do our hair. She is an extremely friendly hairdresser and always tries to please every customer and to satisfy her customers. Seldom met such a nice person. You have to be happy to have such an employee in your company.

Today I was here for the first time because my mother recommended this barber. Due to the reviews here I was a bit skeptical. The welcome was a bit brisk but in these working conditions no wonder. I have about 10 minutes. waited, drinks were available. The lady responded to my requests and gave me expert advice. She was very friendly and so we quickly got into conversation. All in all, a pleasant hairdresser visit, with very nice conversation, the cut is very successful - I am very satisfied and then this cheap price. 👌 So I come back defensively. 👍
