Hey everyone ... I know that the current situation (Corona) demands a lot from the retailers and that the antiques dealers cannot be ignored. But that Mr. Max Eichinger starts to rip off customers because of 250 € profit is not exactly professional and also not honorable. My friend had chosen two antique gold rings from him for engagement, one with two old-cut diamonds and two sapphires and the other with an emerald and two old-cut diamonds. We examined you together with Mr. Eichinger and had you put back until Monday. When we came on Monday and wanted to pick up the ring with the emerald, it was suddenly no longer there. It was sold accidentally, but what is wrong, the ring was worth a lot more than it had cost and when Mr. Eichinger noticed that he simply said the put back ring would have been sold. And then we decided on the second choice, the other diamond ring with the two sapphires, which was tragic enough because the engagement ring. We then had the ring tested at the Bauer jeweler because we had doubts about its authenticity and lo and behold, the ring was not antique and set with synthetic stones and not with old European cut diamonds like Mr. Eichinger had made us believe. You should be ashamed of yourself, it was our engagement and you are losing other good customers because you have underestimated us and don't know who we are. PS .: This is not how you get through the crisis .... !!!
