Advice was very competent and friendly. At the pick-up, an appointment was made with us where an employee should wait to lift the pallet from the trailer. Unfortunately there was no one here at all and we had to find our chewed tiles first. After we found these, we had to finish all the individual packages on the trailer. Since the tiles were no longer properly packed, some were damaged.
Customer friendliness definitely looks different to me.
Top advice and great tiles. We will definitely come back next time.
