In order not to write a novel, but also not to write the standard experience: An open, friendly pharmacy that shines with brilliant, friendly advice. This is only overshadowed by the competence of the employees. The employees are all rather young on average, but they have a lot of professional experience and enjoy the job (you can tell immediately !!!). I have now been to the Feuerbach pharmacy a few times and have also seen some, let's call it, unpleasant customers who were still treated very friendly and tried to respond to their every request. Overall, I always don't understand comments like “unfriendly pharmacists” etc. at all. This statement is not exactly confirmed by the fact that there is no complete experience report, but only a sentence. Very unbelievable. I rather think that the author of this text is the problem. I trained in health care and I know how gross people can be at times. This pharmacy is more than recommended! (Would like to give 6 stars, but unfortunately not possible; () P.S. It turned out to be a novel after all

Pharmacists extremely unfriendly, pharmacy is not recommended at all. I save myself further reasons. I would like to give 5 - minus stars.

The drug I was prescribed was not there. Can we order it was called. I ask when would it be there? It is at 17 o'clock. Shortly after 17 o'clock I was there and waited until 17.30 o'clock for the delivery. When this came then I got a pack. Unfortunately, I did not take a closer look at the recipe and trusted that I would be given the right one if you ordered it extra. It was the first time that I got this drug. But it has to take long term. After I had side effects, I went to the family doctor and explained this to him. Based on the pack, my family doctor stated that the pharmacy has not spent the prescribed cheaper preparation but the much more expensive original. In addition, I had to pay for the original, which would not have been necessary for the other. That's where I put my trust in the sand. I'm sorry, but you last saw me.
