We had a fault on the heater. Without warm water and in the cold. :( No fun with small children, but we also helped quickly and reliably.

Called there 3 times because I had small orders to place and they always said someone would call in the next few days.
What can I say, I'm still waiting for the calls to this day and have renewed my installations in the bathrooms myself.
Apparently, small jobs are not lucrative enough.
I thought I'd better get a local company, it would only have been 300 meters as the crow flies.
On the one hand, they complain that the small businesses have to close and the big ones destroy everything, but on the other hand, they themselves scare off customers. No wonder that everyone only buys online and does the work themselves, it's your own fault! I just think it's a shame because that is not a supportive customer approach. At some point the times for the Handerk get worse and then you would be happy about smaller jobs.
