Impossible behavior by the seller. At the REWE entrance there is a sign that you are only allowed in with shopping carts, not at the separate entrance to the bakery, I went there, waited in the queue, ordered and when I wanted to give the seller the money, she said I should get a car and come again. She really didn't give me my rolls. With all understanding for the Corona measures, that does not work! Then the separate entrance must not be opened or a notice must also be attached there. I buy there 4-5 times a week and it has never been a problem to shop at the bakery without a cart. Overall, the waitress was very annoyed and sloppy, and she also grumbled at the older man in front of me. This is how you get rid of regular customers, great.

Thank you for the friendly phone call with your parent company in Unterreichenbach. But I can not be satisfied with the result of the conversation. Regular customers are apparently not welcome at your bakery. I do not understand that. For 2014 I will look for another baker. You are not the only one.
