The selection is ok. The quality is good. But what is really disgusting is the fact that you have no idea there how to deal with money and food! There the money is touched with bare hands and then again the goods. If you speak to the women, you get an evil eye and an offended comment.

since the blonde woman with glasses works there, (since 2 days) I do not buy anything there anymore. If you ask a few questions about the products, the lady is quickly bored and quickly ripped off. I thought the lady might have a bad day, but no, a few neighbors have confirmed it. I like to detour and buy elsewhere.

I have no idea where these (fake?) 5 star reviews come from. I know the family Wiehgärtner for well over 50 years !!! and the "empire" that has been created ever since is very admirable. The products are just great! Aaaaaber the staff in Herpersdorf (since opening) can miss all courtesy, cleanliness and friendliness. How to treat there is amazing! Sometimes only 5 customers have to wait until a second saleswoman moves. Money and food are handled with the same hand (in other branches the food is handled with the gloves) I asked for it and the saleswoman promptly fired the rolls with anger into the "corner". That's not possible. Name badges are not worn. The "big one" with the dark hair is the most unfriendly and alas after plastic gloves .......... A "small" slender with black hair apparently heads this branch at least she has the command (if she does not "work" or smoke in the back rooms). Significant synergy effects have to be "flown over" by the REWE employees at the cash register. This entire building is insane and one wonders how such businesses can even exist. We are probably guilty of resident. There will probably be reasons why not only we, but many neighbors prefer to take the long way to Katzwang and Eibach to buy the same products from the same company ................ .....
