Very good products.
The kernel rolls are very often baked so dark that you can just throw them in the bin. Hard as stone and dry as dust!
The hygiene is also very bad, the money is touched by the previous customer and then the rolls and bread of the next customer come into the bag with their hands ...
This is an absolute NO-GO, touching money and then packing food.
In your branch in Kornburg is a very nice, friendly and competent service. Orders are always executed well and your goods are highly recommended.

Unfortunately I had to experience the service of a very snippy young lady in her branch at the Edeka, who was rude and did not pay any attention to me.
For this I would have to give 1 star, but your goods were good and so I just wrote it here.
I am very sad and disappointed .. I drive an extra 10km yesterday to support the "little bakers". I bought a loaf of bread and wanted to have lunch with the family in the evening. The bread was inedible. The bark rock hard. Okay, Friday was a holiday. Then you could have said the bread is from Thursday then I wouldn't have taken it with me. 😥😥
My favorite bakery. Buy bread, rolls and all sorts of pastries and cakes. I am very satisfied with the quality of all things. And also the snack foods are not to be despised at all.
And the whole staff is competent and very friendly.
