I broke my molar on a Friday night. I found on the internet that Dr. Tremel was on duty and called him. A very friendly doctor answered and asked about my symptoms and whether I was in pain. We made an appointment for Saturday and he immediately said that I was the first patient. I was in the practice 10 minutes earlier and was greeted by a really friendly and good-humored doctor's assistant despite a Saturday morning. Less than 5 minutes waiting time and my turn was already there. Dr. Tremel took care of my tooth and explained exactly how to proceed. He also took his time when asked and explained everything. I am very stunned! Such a friendly team deserves the highest praise!
