I'm personal trainer of 10 years experience with a sports and martial arts background going back over 20 years. I know a good trainer from a bad one, and Alex Wright is a great one; he's the real deal. If you're a professional wrestling fan you already know who he is, and all I can say to you is that the seminar and training at The Wright Stuff will give you everything you need to turn potential into talent, you will see behind the curtain and experience up close what it feels like to work as a professional wrestler. To those who are not fans of the sport, I would like to say that as someone who enjoys challenges, the seminar weekend stands out for me as one of the best experiences I've had in my fitness career. It is physically and mentally gruelling, but your safety is well managed and you really get the opportunity to test yourself, your athleticism, your strength and endurance and your pain threshold! Alex and his team are excellent coaches and a weeked at The Wright Stuff should be on the calendar of anyone who enjoys tough, fun, interesting challenges. What a weekend ... I highly recommend it to any wrestling fanatic! The trainer, a living wrestling legend, a faithful WCW ring and a horde of motivated participants! It was just amazing! I am completely thrilled! However, it must be clear to everyone that you absolutely reach your physical limits! 2 x 8 hours are really tough! Wrestling is definitely not for wimps! Every fiber of my body hurts and I'm green and blue everywhere ... BUT it was definitely worth it! Dare yourself and put yourself in the hands of a full professional! Thanks to Alex and his crew for the unforgettable weekend!
