The picture clearly shows my problem in July. The wasps had spread out in the bird's nest and I didn't even dare go near it during the day.
The two gentlemen were there on time the very next day. After a competent consultation (there were various options), I decided on the more environmentally friendly option.

We had a large infestation of rats on our property. The gentlemen use bait boxes and snap traps to contain the population. After a few appointments (which were always kept on time) we finally got rid of the rats! Thank you again :-)
Thanks again to the nice office lady who advised me so kindly about my fruit flies. I should just pour vinegar and washing-up liquid into a glass, pull cling film over the glass and make small holes in it. The madness!! It really worked!
