Very reliable company! They do a great job here, they realize that they know what they are doing and what they are talking about. For us it is very important that the company is up to date and knows what the market is. That was absolutely fulfilled! Thank you!
Do not call back, there is no answer to inquiries, sit on a high horse, every backyard company is better and more professional, never again. We have no hot water anymore and although this company installed the heating 6 years ago on behalf of the then construction company they don't need to respond to customers at all.
We are very satisfied and will be working again with Ferrara Haustechnik at any time.
Unfortunately, I can not say anything about the technical competence of the company because no one has appeared on both dates. After we have inquired by phone 45 minutes after the agreed date, we were informed that the appointment was forgotten! We will now look for another company where customer service and reliability are more important.
