We had everything that concerns heating and plumbing done at Roeck, or a maintenance and customer service contract for our heating. Everything was always carried out extremely reliably. Particularly noteworthy here is the constant friendliness of all employees, which repeatedly confirms that we have the right company at our side. Unfortunately, here, too, you have to wait now and then, but in times of a lack of good skilled workers it is the same everywhere. If everything goes hand in hand with appealing soft skills such as cleanliness on the construction site and a competent explanation of how maintenance works, that's really great. We are already looking forward to our new bathroom which we will soon be installing. Here, too, the advice was great from day one, which also affects the plumbing, tile and furnishing companies involved.

When selling, they are quick and punctual, not exactly the cheapest, after that you will be left in the cold, no one will call you back or take care of anything, you wait weeks for small appointments, and then they are postponed again

We are very satisfied with the company Röck. From the planning of our new Bafezimmers to the completion everything went really well. Each craftsman competent and friendly and careful to keep the dust within limits. Great execution and everything left clean. Dates all met.

We have the annual maintenance of our heating by the company Röck perform at these dates and also when laying new water connections in our kitchen, the employees of the company were always punctual, friendly and have done the work quickly and to our complete satisfaction.
