For more than a year now I have been waiting for a fitting shower seal for my shower, which Pfaff had installed several years ago. Two mechanics were on site twice, each of whom took a sample to get the appropriate seals. Unfortunately, the patterns are no longer findable, nor has anything happened, nor is anyone reachable after many phone calls to initiate appropriate, or to take responsibility. It's probably because such a job is too unprofitable.

In my view this is a completely chaotic bunch !!! I got an offer last year, accepted it in December and then nothing happened. When asked in January, I was assured that an appointment with our tenant would be made immediately. What happened? NOTHING!!! After renewed demand in February I received the following email: The employee who made the offer is no longer working and the Paff company has no time for the next 8 weeks I just can't think of anything anymore! They could have said that in January. And from a legal point of view, this is the highest nonsense! I don't make a contract with an employee, but with a company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
