Installation of heating / sanitary in the new building with a cold water supply of more than half a minute and more than 3 liters. These limits are considered as still in order (note also in the new building). For verification, the company needs 3 months. During the check, it is forgotten to measure the time until the warm water appears, ie a new appointment is necessary. Suspected intention: obscuring construction defects. Appointments are made only after a personal re-call and at the appointment constantly on "everything complies with the DIN standard" justified.
