Mr. Kraiter was my savior in times of need. When my heating had a total failure in freezing temperatures, Mr. Kraiter did not hesitate and came by as soon as possible. He did not give up until he found the fault and removed the defective part. He got the spare part promptly the next day and installed it on the same day. He was always available by phone for queries and was at my side with advice and assistance. I can only recommend the company with a clear conscience and two thumbs up. TOP!!!
