6:30 pm closing time. We were there at 6:15 pm. 2 saleswomen stand at the cash register and chat instead of advising us!
When asked, one came to us. It was about an exchange.
Shortly before the store closed, another customer came who was immediately quoted out again. Incredible! There is hardly anything going on there anyway .. and I am not surprised. I will certainly not go again. I'm sorry for the one saleswoman who gave me really nice advice the first time I was there.
Unfortunately, the employee was unfriendly and didn't feel like advising us, her phone was much more exciting. When we called her several times, a brief consultation came down from above. It's a shame. We bought two pairs of shoes, but will not come again.
Advice was fine. Assortment good too. However, several problems with complaints about shoes. Schuh Hoffmann is absolutely not customer-oriented! Will be sent in for 2 weeks repaired and then without success. Quite annoying at the price level. Schuh Hoffmann was not accommodating. We will probably not shop there again in the future.
