Dance Fitness by Sarah Wohlfahrt

Sarah is very motivating in her easy-going manner and also makes it not so talented athletes easy to keep fit. I was with her in fitness jumping for half a year and unfortunately had to quit due to a move. The hour always flew by, jumping and jumping was a lot of fun and sweat. I would definitely come back again.
