Just walked past
I absolutely cannot understand the sometimes bad reviews here. My experiences are:
Absolutely competent employees
Very courteous, friendly and always trying to solve the problems of the citizens as quickly and unbureaucratically as possible. I have never experienced this in this form anywhere else.

For days I have been trying to get information by phone at several times of the day whether my ID is finally there after 9 weeks.
No chance of getting someone on the phone.
So this morning on my day off at times I went there and had to read a note on the door that the CITIZENService was closed today and tomorrow and all agreed appointments are canceled. Just like that and without giving any reasons, etc.
Madness, I can be glad not to have taken a vacation.
The staff are nice and courteous. At least the one I was dealing with.
As with other citizen services, the waiting times are annoying. So my tip is best to reserve an appointment online beforehand.
Absolute disaster ... two hours waiting time in a much too hot and crowded waiting area. And when it's finally time for the employees have no idea of their job. If everyone would work that way ... oh dear.
