Shirt disappeared - never again!
Shirt released for cleaning, after 1 week with agreed pickup it was no longer findable. Bad customer service after the loss. There was no feedback on the current status and there is still no claim for damages. Very disappointing...
The review applies solely to the Hermes-Paketshop-service of the laundry: Unfortunately, the scanning device, which displays the correct package prices and allows editing, almost never works correctly or hangs up. If you want to give a package here so you should plan accordingly time. Too bad.
The laundry services are impeccable, punctual and friendly.
