Mr. Bieber planned the sanitary and heating system in our house (renovation and modernization of a large older house). This included switching from oil to gas & solar, planning and building 3 baths and coordinating other trades (interior work, carpenter). It worked perfectly. A craftsman with skill and integrity ...... we are very satisfied.

I have rarely met such an irresponsible craftsman. Calling back and forth for half a year, making several appointments, taking extra time off at work and ... the gentleman did not appear. Outrageous. Simply a waste of time.
