3,5* Maybe we were spoiled since we visited Überlingen Therme last week but we were a little underwhelmed, dare we say bored. I would've like to have known in advance that most of the water massage elements would be off due to covid. The slides are fun. The outdoors area is nice. I missed the spa elements in function... Also I feel like the staff was a bit unmotivated and were finding it more important to be social amongst themselves than to make the experience nice for the guests. In one of the outdoor pools soms kids had smuggles in cigarettes and were smoking and in the other one a woman was swimming all around the pool with her eyes closed until she just bumped into you or you'd yell to keep distance. Probably she was there because the swimming basin was on reservation only (covid) but still the staff should've done their job so we could enjoy that pool safely with the crazy butterfly stroke lady.
Plus : due to Covid, numbers were limited so plenty of room to swim and move around without

A lot of people were there, but I liked it
Would have been 5 stars had all slides been available for use but all in all. A great relaxing time. The food there was good. We received 50% off since the slides were closed which was fantastic. The outdoor pool was a lot of fun. A great day out for family and friends.
