The boss on the phone was very rude and rude to us. He totally failed as a service provider. Simply insolent and rude, is not possible.

I had bad experiences with this "business" years ago.
And I would never have tried again if my doctor hadn't explicitly sent me there.
but what should I say? This negative experience from back then was topped off by the arrogant, insolent and hateful owner.
I don't even remember anyone speaking to me on the phone in such a tone. My heart was pounding with rage.
How can you deal with customers like this?
That was my last try there, never never never again will I go there if it were the last deal in the world.
