I bought shoes in some shops at Sidestep and ordered them online.
But yesterday in this shop.
Was the listlessness of the employees clearly demonstrated by the posture.
No hello, no one came to advise us.

Communication between employees was more important at that moment.

Unfortunately, very unfriendly team, waited 4 weeks for an order shoe, the first one that arrived was accidentally sold to someone, the second one was never ordered ... they just kept me waiting .. also the new boss ... instead of apologizing he means if it is not friendlier .. !! never go there again !! Sidestep hotline also complained!
Super friendly and quick advice! Never bought shoes within 5 minutes, grins. Gladly again!
