Every Saturday traffic jam, during the week you can drive through the multi-storey car park as you like ... at the weekend it is very strict with the lane markings, wanted to do another lap because I couldn't find a parking space the first time, then I was told that I have to go out now because she couldn't make an exception to re-thread me. When I then said that I just drove in, I haven't paid for the parking card and it will then jam down at the barriers, the lady just said that bad luck, she can't do anything. Was shopping in the glasis gallery for 5 minutes on a Saturday, definitely junk 😂😂😂

Today I had a very bad experience with the parking garage. As always, the path jams towards the exit due to misplacement of the barriers, i. there are too few barriers. In any case, I have canceled my parking ticket at the pay machine after shopping and then got in my car and drove off towards the exit. Again traffic jam. When I was finally allowed to drive to the barrier, I pushed my parking ticket into the machine, lo and behold, the time was exceeded and should therefore pay again (50 cents). Of course I could not go backwards, behind me there is also a traffic jam. I pressed on info, no reaction. Have a baby car. Then I got out of the car and accidentally runs the park attendant on the way. He did not even talk me out and was sooooo outrageous, so patronizing and unworthy I was treated. He swarmed me with his hand and said I can not do anything and pay again! And turned his back to me. I ran up the crap steep driveway and paid even further until mid-P1 to the pay machine and ran down again. Everyone in the traffic jabes at me. I got in the card pushed in and so glad that I'm out of it. Oh yes, down before the exit or anywhere else there is no cash machine, even a bad planning. In short, the parking garage has several shortcomings and the staff anyway.
