Frozen bread that gets baked in the morning and unfriendly staff. Their staff doesn't even speak properly German and that's not a huge problem but learning simple sentences and words is not that difficult. Their prices are also ridiculous. No surprise that they get bad reviews.
So many choices
The branch in the fuzo is great. Employees are friendly and you get a good range of baked goods (for me personally the pretzels are too hard, but everyone likes something different)
The branches in the Stadtgalerie and Rewe are a disaster. The (most) employees are always in a bad mood, stressed and hardly motivated to work.
Last week 8:30 am Hungry like .... What a mistake the chi roll with boiled ham, cheese, cucumber and yes bought. A cheeky old bread baked and bone hard and dry absolutely no go on land need the ned deliver. Definitely not again !!! Oh sorry you could drink the coffee one star
Unfriendly shop assistants. I am Spanish and wanted to order something this morning. Supposedly you are not open until 08.30, but everything was open and there were 2 shop assistants. Was 8:26 ... I expected ... Then I said what I wanted and a saleswoman just screamed "NO MINUTES 5 minutes" ... I said that you could say a little nice ... Everything much better in bakery pilgrims ...
