Very unfriendly service! Better buy my coffee from the machine!
Unfriendliness seems to be a recruitment criterion in this branch. The ladies obviously feel attacked with polite, technical questions or customer requests and react extremely flippantly. I have noticed this several times with different sales assistants. If I deal with customers like this in my job, I would be unemployed. But if you like delicious baked goods and want to be pummed for free, this is the place for you.
Very rude staff! Happened to me the second time today! This branch saw me the last time!
Very good coffee house and pastry shop / bakery in the Kaufland in Passau. You will find it at the entrance on the left opposite the information. Extremely nice service in the cafe. The pies and cakes are always very fresh. There are usually promotions where coffee and cake or cake in combination cost less. The nice service immediately pointed this out to us - it should always be that way. THANK YOU.
