Superfreundliches Personal!
Was very good only for my size very small number
Very bad service !!! At 3:24 p.m. we bought 5 pairs of children's shoes for three children and found at home that we had taken a pair that was one number too small. At 5:30 p.m. we were back in the shop and wanted to exchange the shoe for a larger size. The saleswoman said that the shoe has been worn and cannot be exchanged because the boss is no longer there. My daughter had put the shoe on very briefly at home and found that it was too small .... Really a cheek! A real indictment for Deichmann.
I am so disappointed that I would rather not give a star at all.

Nice shop, clean, friendly helpful staff. It's just a shame that there's so little going on there. The mall is almost empty, hardly any shops
