Dr. med. Sylvia Maas

The staff were very nice and the Dr too. My problem was quite peculiar and he suggested another Dr. They even called the other Dr for me to have an appointment

Mr. Maas is very rude and uninvolved, would not go to him again. Ms. Maas is very good and I was always at peace with her, but with always 2 hours waiting time, despite the appointment, it is just not worth it anymore. Apparently no one here manages to schedule fewer people per day, even if that just means not accepting every new patient.

Miss Dr. Maas is friendly and competent, as are the sisters, but waiting for less than 1 hour is impossible even with an appointment.

You just get knocked out that you should have HpV, nothing warm or loving explained. Totally uncomfortable with this diagnosis you were simply discharged after waiting 3 hours.

Worst doctor I have ever seen, Mr. Maas asked me if I had a vaccination against cervical cancer and said that I was not 100% sure and will ask my mom, he thought it was funny and laughed himself to pieces, that was totally uncomfortable for me, he was totally sarcastic, I think it's kind of unprofessional ... besides, he always tried to force the pill against menstrual pain and when I asked him to do something else, he said nothing more and recommended 😒 he mostly doesn't listen and is always in a hurry, could not ask a few questions, it would have to be next 😑 Very incompetent, never go there again
