Doctors are really good, really helpful. But some of the staffs is very rude, and if you don’t speak German they would not bother to help you. So you have to be lucky to get an appointment if you don’t have any in advance. There’s always a usual 8:00 am slot but it’s very busy here. Building has elevators and a nice cafe on the ground floor in case you have to wait long, just stop by they have good coffee.

Everything worked out great. Get an appointment online the evening before for the next day at 11 a.m. At the reception everything went very quickly as the anamnesis form could be filled out at home. I was called 5 minutes after the appointment and the treatment was very professional. I can only recommend the ENT practice.

I went to the ENT doctor, more precisely to U. Friebel, so I can only say something to him. First of all, the mixture of quick speech and extreme mumbling makes absolutely nothing to understand. I was there four times because of dizziness and each time he had considered it necessary to explain all types of dizziness to me in detail over and over again. In the end, I now know in great detail what types of vertigo exist, but not which of them I have.

Calling up 30 minutes later than agreed is ok. I am super satisfied with the treatment.
