I have been in the practice for many years and feel comfortable with the doctor and the entire team. Waiting times are normal and cannot always be avoided.

Dr. Small is empathetic, takes her time, listens to my concerns and has helped me with every ailment (whether a simple cold or even back pain). His office helpers are very friendly and spontaneous requests are also dealt with as quickly as possible. I feel very well looked after by Dr. med. Little, so he gets the best rating from me.

Again waiting time of well over 60 minutes despite the appointment. With such a mismanagement of dates, one can imagine what else would go wrong.
